I have to admit, it's been hard to sit down and write this up today, with the sun shining, the kids keen to play outside with friends and horses that want attention (or me that wants to give the horses attention), I have been tempted outside all day, which is a good thing! But, now that the jobs are done, dinner is cooking, i have some time to sit down and prepare for the week.
We have a new product in our range from Zest Byron Bay, the Kerala Curry, it is possibly one of the best curries i've tasted, it is going on our meal plan again this week. We're loving such an easy meal that is not full of additives and numbers, just real ingredients. I would highly recommend you add it to your list to try.
SUNDAY - Lamb Roast in the BBQ with a tray of Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts and Corn, if there is enough juice we will make up some gravy or use some of our Stock Merchant Traditional Gravy that we keep on hand.
MONDAY - Kerala Chicken Curry, this is simply amazing, served with rice or cauliflower rice, throw in a bit of red capsicum for flavour and colour.
TUESDAY - Lamb Loin Chops baked in the oven with creamy seeded mustard vegetables and roast pumpkin.
WEDNESDAY - Meatballs, made from a blend of pork and beef mince cooked in passata with pasta or zoodles.
THURSDAY - Using a piece of our tender Rump steak, finely sliced, ask in store, we will slice yours for you, Beef stroganoff in the slow cooker with some steamed vegetables.
FRIDAY - Rissoles, oven baked for low fuss, salad and some home made potato wedges.
SATURDAY - Mixed BBQ depending on what Brad brings home, Greek Salad and asparagus on the BBQ.
There we have it, it takes time to sit down and write this out but i will be thankful once the week is underway!
