We have been inundated with orders for our hams and pork this year, some years it's Lamb, some its seafood, but this year is definitely Pork! Thankfully we have access to the best in quality of Sow Stall Free Australian Pork. We send away our Pork legs at the start of December to be made into ham and this year it has come back tasting better than ever!
