AMIC, Australian Meat Industry Council, conducts yearly Sausage King Awards, throughout regions of Australia which then go on to State Awards and finally National.
After winning two Gold Medals in the South East Region for our Hamburgers and Lamb, Mint & Rosemary Sausages earlier this year, our two winning products went off to the Melbourne Show in September for judging in the Victorian State Awards. We waited over a month to find out the results of the Judging, culminating in an Awards Dinner held at the Crown Palladium on the 29th October 2016.

Sow Stall Free Pork Loin Chops are on special this week. How you cook them depends on your taste but we LOVE them baked in the oven until the rind goes crispy and the fat is all rendered down, served with some veggies baked in the oven and some apple sauce, YUM! Only until 16th October 2016.
